Good day, We would like to book the main hall for a birthday party for my daughter who will be turning 18. We will be catering buffet snacks, so would require use of the kitchen. The event will start at 19:00 and end by 23:30. We would require the hall from 17:30 to set up and clear out by 00:30. We anticipate having around 30 - 40 guests at most. We would not have any entertainment other than some music being played via a speaker and some people might like to dance. If you do not have a speaker to use, then we will provide this. Kindly advise what is required according to your Local Authority Premises entertainment Licence, as I could not locate this document. We would not provide, serve, or sell alchohol to our guests.
