If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
Any other information we might need to know: This booking is for a birthday party. We are hoping to have a Ceilidh. I am unsure whether we require the AV system because I am not sure what is available. Please will you be in touch to advise?
We are hoping to book a small band. I am assuming they will have their own speakers.
