If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
Any other information we might need to know: I am trying to book the main hall for the second Thursday of each month of 2023 from 14.00 to 16.00. I think this is correct, but please check I have filled the above form correctly. This is a continued booking request from the current year. I have previously made a single booking for January 2023, before discovering this repeat booking option. Many thanks, Richard.
