  • 5 - For a public event you can enter details that will be shown in the Parish Hall calendar and in the upcoming events list. Private events are not publicised, they are only shown here to avoid double bookings.

  • 6 - The start time and the duration of your booking needs to cover your setting up and clearing away time as well as the event time. It is the total time that you will need the hall.

  • 7 - If you intend to serve alcohol at your event you will need to submit a Temporary Event Notice to the local council. Click here for information

  • 8 - Once you've completed the form click SAVE at the top of the form.

  • 9 - A booking request will be sent to the booking secretary who will double check the availabilty and get in touch with you.

Any other information we might need to know: Birthday Party for Jenna-Lee Good day, We would like to book the main hall for a birthday party for my daughter who will be turning 18.   We will be catering buffet snacks, so would require use of the kitchen.   The event will start at 19:00 and end by 23:30. We would require the hall from 17:30 to set up and clear out by 00:30.  We anticipate having around 30 - 40 guests at most.    We would not have any entertainment other than some music being played via a speaker and some people might like to dance. If you do not have a speaker to use, then we will provide this.  Kindly advise what is required according to your Local Authority Premises entertainment Licence, as I could not locate this document.   We would not provide, serve, or sell alchohol to our guests.      I look forward to hearing from you.  Kind Regards Tessa Burns
