We are holfing a fun raising enevning for the local Tockington Church building renovation funds. It is a ticket event, but open to all. teams of 4. We will need the mail hall. Time: 6pm onwards to 10.pm

Do you need the AV system?: No
If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I have applied for a Temporary Event Notice and will supply a copy to the booking secretary
Any other information we might need to know: We are hoping the parish hall committee would consider giving us a reduction in price as we are fundraising for a village building used by the community
