We are a voluntary organisation (SGAP) organising non-profit events across South Gloucestershire. We have requested for Olveston Parish Hall booking for Holi Celebration on 21st April. As part of the celebration, we would be using the garden area (near the play area) on the back of the hall for Holi (use of coloured powered without water).
Similar to last year, I am writing to you to get your support to use the garden area for the celebration including the use of music/DJ. Please let us know if you have any concerns with this request? OK'd by OPC 12Feb
