If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
Any other information we might need to know: Could I book the hall for Thursday 9th February for 10 a.m. -12 noon. I would want to also book the kitchen for that time.
We would need to be able to use the screen. I would bring a laptop and data projector. (unless you have a data projector?)
