If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
Any other information we might need to know: We would like to use the sports court outside if weather is sunny but will hire the hall so that we can use the facilities and move inside in case the weather forecast is for rain.
