Hi, We are planning to do small celebration for an Indian new year https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ugadi There will be few performances from kids and followed by simple meal. We are expecting it to be 80 people appx. We would like to book complete hall (Jubile room and kitchen). Our friends have booked this venue previoulsly an also my daughter gets trained at "Tennis centre next door" every week. So we know the place very well and we can assure you that it will be kept clean at the end of our programme.

If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
